今年二月開始健身人生
是因為要準備一個考試
結束之後
想說不要白白浪費教練課所學的東西
就乾脆之後都佛系健身
一週約三練
胸/肩/三頭
腿
背/二頭
主項都是健力三項
但因為佛系的關係,嚴重卡關
飲食部分
健身2杯乳清+1杯豆漿
沒健身1杯乳清+1杯豆漿
飲料不喝含糖飲料(自助餐附贈除外)、零食餅乾
速食店到是偶爾吃
自助餐比較不忌口
牛排、火鍋啥的沒差
持續1~2個月,發現肌肉掉的滿多的(身材也看的出來)
力量到是還好,掉的幅度小到以為只是我懶的提高重量
我有個大膽的想法,身材是其次,力量往上比較實用
我應該持續並讓力量提升
日後工作會比較好適應
大家覺得呢? 也有這種人?
還是我變成健力肥仔了?
但我身形是瘦的
