推 carllace:回問題3..我爬文到的看法是..有高於基代..但是會瘦下來 05/22 03:15

→ carllace:最理想的狀況好像就是 總消耗>吃進熱量>基代 05/22 03:18
抱歉借用原文來問推文的問題~
我上次在某篇文章下面推文詢問
也是類似的問題~
我的基代大約1400 慢跑9km/小時(每周跑5天) 重訓30分鐘(做三休一)
約略估計我的運動消耗大概是500
那請問我要減重的話,到底是要
1.最多吃1900
2.至少吃1900,讓(吃進去的熱量-消耗的熱量)>基礎代謝率?
上次版友回說是1. 不能吃超過1900
可是這就跟板娘的回文有衝突(就是板娘回的減肥文裡有標示吃到多少會胖)
害我一直疑惑到現在...
到底應該是怎麼樣呢?
