A組合=桂格大燕麥片(罐裝原味)+含糖的沖泡包(ex馬玉山,美祿等等)
B組合=莓果燕麥片(有含果乾的燕麥片)+無糖豆漿粉
如果是以長期當早餐這樣看,各位覺得哪一種組合會比較健康的選擇呢?
