小弟菜雞雞
訓練菜單大概是
二:胸 肩
三:背 手臂
五:腿
六:胸 肩
日:背 手臂
大概持續半年後
最近更改了胸的訓練方式
以致於禮拜二練完 到週六還有點微痠痛
可是也超過三天感覺休息夠了
請問大家 有痠痛感仍做訓練有關係嗎
