新年快樂
其實..我不太知道該什麼樣打我的標題
我的問題就是..
多虧了運動..
我現在幾乎吃蠻多的..但也沒什麼炸物之類
然後也每天慢跑+偶爾的小小重訓
最少4千 最多6千 維持在30分左右
先不看體脂率,以體重來說我10月底到現在少了4公斤
但朋友說我這樣吃以後會很慘,叫我胃口小一點
因為一來除了年紀大了代謝率降低外,二來沒時間沒體力運動就會復胖
我覺得沒時間是藉口啦,然後不就是因為沒體力才要練體力嗎?
我跟朋友說,人到了一定的年紀代謝率的確會降低,那我趁年輕(22歲)
時多存點老本養成運動習慣不對嗎??
朋友回說.. 沒用的,不管超人鐵人,老了就是會降低..
頓時間.. 我想我趁年輕這麼拼錯了嗎= =
