三餐內容
早餐:20元的那種火腿三明治+自己用茶包泡的紅茶不加糖
午餐:叉燒便當,一肉三菜一飯那種
陽春麵不喝湯+燙青菜
晚餐:沒運動的時候會吃自煮湯麵,用湯塊+青江菜+麵條這樣煮一份
有運動的時候,在運動前會吃點小雜糧餅乾,運動完就不吃了
我運動完後根本完全吃不下東西,只能喝水,要到隔天早上才會餓
其他:偶爾會吃公司提供的零食餅乾幾塊
日常作息時間:
7:30起床→9:30~19:30上班→21:00~22:00慢跑運動→23:30睡覺

運動習慣:
慢跑,一週3-5次,一次7-8km/1hr,心跳140-155,持續一年半
我的問題:
我一直以為我有在持續慢跑,慢跑的強度也不會很低,所以體脂率差不到哪去
結果今天去中正運動中心一量,體脂率高達29%,讓我非常驚訝...
而且我的骨骼肌只有18,低於正常標準,蛋白質也低於正常值
所以應該是顯示我肌肉量不足(? 因為我都是做有氧運動沒做重訓。
基代也只有非常少的1106千卡
我在想我應該是出在:
(1)吃太少,可是我運動完真的吃不下食物,要到隔天才會有食慾
能夠用早午餐吃多一點,去補不足的量嗎Q_Q
(2)沒做重訓。這是我檢討的,我以後也會增加重訓時間來增加肌肉。
還有什麼地方是可以改進的嗎?
我一整個打擊很大,明明就有足夠的運動量,體脂率還這麼高Orz
