最近知道有一種訓練方法叫 hiit 中文叫間歇性高強度訓練 基本上是全力活動十五秒休息十五秒如此持續15-20分鐘
醫學實驗證實這種訓練比平常維持半小時以上的有氧更能消脂所以我想來試試
想請問有人對hiit了解的嗎!?
我的問題一
可以用室內腳踏車做hiit嗎 15秒轉速12015秒70這樣交替持續20分鐘
問題2做hiit之前重量訓練有要挑部位嗎
目前只想到這兩個………
