有關作弊日 該去看醫生嗎? - 減肥

各位好。一直以來我食量都挺大的,大約4年前開始了我的減肥之旅後,理應的戒斷了某
些高熱量的NG食物,出於某種想念心態偶爾我會犒賞自己一下。但對我來說可能只吃一個
甜甜圈或車輪餅根本稱不上「滿足」或「解饞」,所以我開始了作弊日,頻率並不固定,
可能兩個禮拜可能一個禮拜可能一個月一次。我會在一天內毫無限制的吃我想吃的東西直
到滿足為止(但對我來說不撐的程度對一般人來說會非常多)。偶爾一次的作弊日對維持體
重的影響不大,所以一直以來我也不覺得這有什麼大不了的,但最近我感覺到我的身體有
點異常。
以前作弊日的隔天我通常不會有任何食慾,隔天我主要都會把注意力放在多少吃一點東西
上,然後我會喝很多水。之後會有蠻長一段時間我都不會想要碰那些食物。但近幾個月來
我的慾望好像沒消失過了,可能我早餐吃一盒甜甜圈(12個kk牌)中午吃兩碗爌肉飯下午
買兩盒壽司20個晚上吃1/3個披薩消夜吃200元永和豆漿隔天還是會餓會想吃東西。當然飢
餓感不會強烈到我無法正常作息或很焦慮諸如此類,我平常還是可以吃得很乾淨健康。但
感覺跟之前不太一樣。很像我隨時隨地都感覺餓,而且即使作弊日後我還是覺得不被滿足
。上上個月的健康檢查裡我的血糖值仍然在正常範圍內所以有初步排除糖尿病的可能,我
有點擔心這是不是某種飲食失調症候群的前兆,請問有同樣會規劃作弊日的板友也有類似
情況嗎?我該不該去看醫生呢...
