各位好:
有兩個問題想請教
1. 所謂的心肺功能是否是身體健康與否的一個重要指標?那要如何加強心肺功能?
是分開心,與肺各自鍊嗎?另外是否不能一直做有氧運動,也要做一些無氧運動
才能加強心肺功能?
2. 所謂的肌耐力指的是否白肌?如果不是的話那白肌又是什麼?
板上的重訓看起來都是加強紅肌為主,那如果增加白肌的話是否也能增加基礎代謝?
