有關早上空腹運動完進食後補睡 - 減肥

減肥4個多月,從之前晚上跑步30分鐘,
到現在增加早上跑步20分鐘,
因為上班時間是9點,
想請問的是,
6點起床之後空腹跑步20分鐘,吃早餐,補睡到8點30分,
或
7點40起床跑步20分鐘後吃早餐,直接上班,
或
吃完早餐再運動,
哪個方式對減肥跟健康比較好? 或是沒有差異?
