版上很多人在討論減重問題,
不知道有沒有人注意到這篇發表在國際知名醫學期刊的報導?

要減重一向都是少吃加上多運動,
但是少吃和多運動哪個比較重要?
這篇知名醫學報告指出要減重的話,
熱量控制比起運動來得重要得多,
用熱量控制的方法明顯的體重有下降,
但是只靠運動卻是和沒運動的人體重差不多,
雖然知道運動在形體上會讓人變得比較強壯,
但是在重量上得不到回饋,
會不會讓大家比較失去動力?
不知道版上的大家對於"熱量控制 VS. 運動"的看法如何呢?
