有關游泳的強度 - 健身

最近天氣開始變熱了
想加個不一樣的有氧菜單
平常都是去健身房踩直立式腳踏車或是跑步機
((但是跑步我沒辦法持續一直跑必須跑跑停停
因為每次小腿前面感覺都快炸開))
手邊剛好有別人給的泳票 就開始練習游泳
從一開始 25M水道 游游停停 湊到3000M
2週後 現在可以自由式 游50M水道30趟3000M 55MIN 不停
請問這樣的強度算OK嗎? 起來後是覺得很累
但是在游的時候我只感覺順順的
不會像跑步機跟腳踏車感覺很辛苦
如果需要增加強度? 我是該增加距離或是 縮短時間呢??
