問一個小問題,剛在精華區沒看到!!
我的基礎代謝熱量是1500大卡 其中蛋白質每日攝取量是50克
倘若我每天有吃進2000大卡(包含蛋白質的熱量) 但是蛋白質沒有吃到50公克
如果這樣一個禮拜下來,都只是吃足了增重熱量,而蛋白質卻很少吃到(也許才20g不到)
那這樣肌肉還長的出來嗎?!
