問題一:
究竟要怎麼樣才練得出腹肌中間的那條線阿
我183/73
是體脂肪太高的關係嗎 中間那條線總是出不來
可是我覺得我已經算瘦的了(可能還是有某些部位體脂高)
如果瘋狂跑步有氧 體重減下去我大概會變成跟以前一樣的竹竿人
大家都是怎麼練出漂亮的六塊腹肌呢

新竹...到底要去哪裡重訓阿T T
我大學都是在學校練的
現在回新竹等當兵 突然發現新竹要找重訓的地方還真難
畢竟七月底就要去當兵了 也不可能辦長期的
有沒有版友可以推薦計次收費 器材不要太少的地方
我已經超久沒有練free weight臥推 也好久沒練大腿了....
現在突然好懷念在台大重訓室的日子
麻煩大家解惑了
