有關版規五,太壯要附圖 - 健身

常常在版上看到有人po文,其實也不一定是說自己很壯,或非常壯,
有些比較像是,同一個動作,想要對a地方刺激多一點,b地方刺激少一點,
例如本篇的上一篇,
伏地挺身,想要練胸多一點,練手少一點。
順道一提,上面這題的解,其實我之前有po過文。
總之就是手放寬一點,對胸的刺激會稍多。

針對這種問題,如果是噓原po不爬文,這個我也不知道該講什麼,
但總會有人提到版規五,太壯文要附圖。
不過怎麼看都會覺得版規五的邏輯上是很有問題的。
首先就算附圖,每個人的眼光都是不同的,同一張圖,
原po自認壯,其他版友也不見得覺得壯。
再來更嚴重的是,在這個版上,就算po一些韓星或彭于晏之類的圖
也會被很多版友認為只不過是體脂低而已,沒有特別壯。
以男生來說,真的要讓本版多數版友覺得太壯的,恐怕都比啊諾還壯了,
(甚至說不定有的人心中是不管多壯都不算太壯的)
那麼,就算太壯文附圖,要得到網友認同的,他的照片也勢必要比阿諾還壯
或著至少非常非常非常的壯。
問題就出現在這裡,
一個練到比阿諾還壯的人,會發文說自己太壯,這顯然是很有事的情況。
除非得了什麼內分泌失調,躺著不動就愈來愈壯,
或是被奇怪的射線射到變綠巨人。
能被版友普遍認為太壯的人,都是自己故意練出來的。
(一般做苦工的線條也很難被版友認為太壯)
既然都自己練出那些肌肉,覺得自己太壯根本就很有事。
這不是你自己故意練的嗎,少練點不就好。
整個邏輯上,就算依版規五 太壯文po文附圖
1.不壯、普通壯 →好忌品不噓嗎?
2.非常壯,異於常人的壯 →有事嗎?(其實這種人根本不會po太壯文吧)
3.綠巨人,內分泌,外星射線 →抱歉,你應該去看醫生
(其實還有一種特例,但很少出現,例如健力或動作控,例如街頭健身或體操
想練特定動作,但不想變壯,然而在學會特定動作之前已經變得比阿諾壯了
但這種狀況也是極少見就是了。畢竟版上也是一片徒手健身練不壯的風氣)
