有關跑步姿勢 - 健身

不好意思請問一下專業的版友們,
我平時兩三天會慢跑一次,一次大概約8公里,
有做熱身,運動完也有收操,並且也會幫肌肉做按摩的動作.
我跑步有注意整個腳掌採地,可能偶爾有前端先落地的情形.
每次剛跑的前8圈我右腳掌特別在拇指下方會感到不舒服,
但持續跑之後就沒感覺了,本來以為只是一陣子不以為意,
但這幾次下來都有這樣的症狀發生.
請問是我姿勢不對嗎?還是跑鞋不符腳形?
