運動強度如果很小的話 - 健身

想請問一下各位
我知道要達到一個運動強度才會有運動的效果
那如果 就是像飛輪或者是踏板的運動
都只有慢慢騎或踏板擺動的幅度不大
這樣是不是等於沒有什麼運動的效果
因為像我上健身房騎完飛輪 其實就很累了
然後接著上踏板的話 就沒有什麼力繼續踏踏板
這樣子還是休息會比較好嗎?
