我愛以前的鎖骨。

我只不過想回到以前一樣瘦而已,經歷了生病,服用藥物的副作用讓我肥胖了10多公斤,
陳大鈞的藥效雖然在第一個月瘦得相當快,但是身體抵抗反映也來了,停滯期是我們減
肥如臨大敵的軍兵。它總是要保護你的身體,不讓你瘦得太快影響身體正常器官運作,
但是這樣好了。我低熱量的飲食,完全沒運動真是個肇因。
現在唯有提高身體的一天基本消耗卡路里最低1100 ( 好久以前測量的 ),提高身體的
熱能代謝程度,才有辦法衝破停滯期。
不過總是有藉口,一天上完課以後要我到操場跑跑步是不可能的,我容易累
( 生病的導因 )無法運動。唯有在高爾夫球課時稍微感到自己有流汗,這也不可能達到
333的效果。
還在想,突破停滯期的辦法。若是停止澱粉類攝取,不知道可不可行呢?
