有點上癮了 - 健身

同事說,只要習慣了跑步~就會不知不覺上癮~
目前我的等級很弱,不過我卻也開始慢慢上癮~
在房間跳有氧有個好處,可以不受天氣的限制~
但久了,覺得我把自己侷限在一個框框裡~會膩~
隔壁國中的操場前陣子蓋好沒多久,想說應該來去動一下~不然會對不起自己~
上個禮拜六日開始去走動,沒想到就莫名的上癮了~
平日只要可以,會在學校八點關門的時間進去,就算只有走個1X、20分鐘也好~
至少星期六日可以撥一個小時的時間去運動~
是非常值得期待的~
會無聊嗎~?
現在對我來說~不會~
聽著音樂,偶爾抬頭看看天空~很舒服~
很沉澱,也很享受~
突然下了雨,感覺很失望~
覺得自己今天5點多的運動又要泡湯了~>"<
雨停了,太陽出來了~我的運動沒有泡湯~耶~
原來我已經不知不覺上癮了~
