有點急的問題 - 健身

各位好~
小弟我目前因為某些原因
再不到一個月就要繳交體檢報告
所以需要bmi在合理範圍內
目前小弟是有在做重訓
但bmi超過標準值
請問各位如果要在一個月內快速減重6公斤左右
那除了做慢跑還要持續重訓嗎
目前是怕重訓的肌肉增生會增加重量
在這段非常時期肌肉流失也沒關係
備註一下:因為學校嚴格要求bmi
否則沒辦法入學
