基本資料
性別:女

體重:54-55
BMI:20.5-20.9
體脂率:24-25%
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:牛奶一杯+兩片土司夾蛋、兩片蕃茄和一片快樂牛乳酪
午餐:和同事出去吃(大家喜歡變化)。一份便當或湯麵的份量吃光光
晚餐:同午餐或回家吃,一碗白飯配一兩樣青菜、一份肉。餐後可能吃水果
其他:喝水2000c.c以上,如果有泡茶可能會少一點,但是一天之中會持續補充水分
下午會吃水果一顆。
外食營養熱量比較難控制,但工作的時候最期待的就是中午和同事一起吃飯,所以還是配
合大家,會盡量不要油炸、奶油類,優先選魚或雞肉(雞皮不吃)、多點一份燙青菜。大
約每兩到三週會有聚餐,這時候比較不會忌口。
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
八點半起床,12點睡
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
去年6月-8月:開始每週運動5天,每天30-50分鐘,跟著DVD做有氧(Taebo之類的)加上
簡單重訓
去年9-11月:買了Turbo-fire,跟著課表作(課表內容大概是每週三天Hiit或重訓,搭配
兩天有氧,一天伸展操,一天休息)
去年12月-今年5月:開始游泳,每週4-5次,從800m/hr練到2200m/hr,穿插瑜珈和休息。
今年5-8月:chalean extreme高強度重訓,跟著課表作(每週三天重訓分別鍛鍊不同部位
,中間穿插有氧和肌耐力訓練和兩天的休息)
現在又開始第二階段的Turbo fire hiit phase的課程,但是有氧換成游泳,伸展換成瑜
珈課。
跳有氧時,心跳大約都是130-140、游泳約是120左右。雖然不是我這個年紀的最佳燃脂心
跳,但是自認為體能不錯應該可以提升,而且強度太低會沒感覺。
我的問題:
我很喜歡運動和不斷砥礪自己的感覺,過去一年多,自認為養成了很健康的生活習慣,運
動表現也一直提升。但體脂率一直只在誤差範圍內變化…瘦下來當然只是運動的附加加值
,可是我很希望可以跟朋友說「你們看,不用節食,靠運動可以瘦得很漂亮」,可惜一直
等不到這一天。
過去一年的體脂率每月平均數據(每天早上上完廁所空腹量)
去年8月:25.2%
去年9月:24.6%
去年10月:24.9%
去年11月:24.5%

自己有檢討過吃方面的問題,一開始只是避開地雷食物,想說有運動應該還是會瘦…但是
沒用,所以開始記錄飲食,然後進一步估算每天吃的熱量,越過越辛苦,又沒效,很快就
放棄了。今年5、6月的時候自以為運動量大,可能是吃得不夠才瘦不下來,所以每餐多添
半碗飯,但這幾個月赫然覺得體脂有上升的趨勢。也許我的飲食還不夠完美,有時候也會
偷吃點心…我應該對自己更嚴格嗎?但是為什麼很多人吃的沒什麼改,只要一開始運動就
有成果了呢?
之前看到也有版友說努力運動身體也沒變化,有人建議可以去看醫生檢查。不知道我這樣
是不是也應該去檢查看看?雖然覺得在運動上的體能有變好,但日常生活常常覺得疲憊。
每天睡8個半小時卻總是不夠,醒來還累,尤其下午5、6點會很想昏倒,要不是意志力告
訴我要運動,一定會變成每天回家倒頭就睡的人…到了週末會睡好幾次午覺!大概7月的
時候有發生鬼剃頭的狀況,找不到壓力源。因為腸鬱症常常莫名便秘或拉肚子之類的….
如果沒事的話就當作後面這段是我亂找病徵吧!不過我現在到底應該怎麼改善呢?
