我是大胖子 身高168 體重100.8
最近才開始加入健身房運動 快要一個月了
已經從非常討厭運動 到可以接受了
但昨天跟朋友分享我的運動流程
朋友說這樣的方式不好不正確
我的流程是這樣的(一週去3到4天)
到健身房後
(1)先上一堂有氧舞蹈課 大概一小時
(2)課程結束後 自己踩橢圓機/滑步機/交叉訓練機 20-30分鐘
(3)接著再踩腳踏車 20-30分鐘
(4)如果還有餘力 或是碰上喜歡的老師我會再上一堂bodybalance 大概一小時
其中(2)跟(3)的部分 因為是自己做 所以潛意識累了就放慢速度
兩個做完只有流汗沒有喘
友人說我的有氧運動做太多了 建議我調整成40-60分鐘就好(想要累就加上重訓)

請問大家 我(1)~(4)這樣的安排真的太多了嗎?
