柔軟度極差建議用滾筒開始改善嗎? - 健身

附上到高三以前的坐姿體前彎慘狀

昨天上體育課有測坐姿體前彎
連5cm都不太行 同學勉強給我報5cm的成績
真的超哭 旁邊女同學還認為我都不出力
我已經痛到爆炸了啊!
我到了高中才意識到自己柔軟度有多差
常常做一些伸展動作全身都在抖
即便舉的東西對我來說很輕
可是肌肉伸展範圍太少 看起來都抖的很沒力
以前很胖時因為上身太重 腿又無法彎
根本無法蹲下
後來瘦下來才能蹲 但還是很吃力
還記得之前去某間健身房參觀時知道有滾筒這種方式
可是網路上找到的都是說滾筒有助於放鬆筋骨
但似乎沒有 "提升柔軟度"的功能
如果能改善
大家建議我這種有柔軟度障礙的人
要做傳統的伸展操
還是滾筒的方式好呢?
