抱歉標題有點模糊
我想問的是:當我在作弓箭步拉伸或是保加利亞深蹲之類的動作時
右腳在前(出力較多)的動作會明顯比左腳在前時不穩
比如身體比較會晃動,深蹲要起來時膝蓋比較容易向內偏移
我本來以為是我右腳比較沒力
但在作bird dog時,卻是舉左手右腳時(左腳撐地)比較不穩,身體重心會比較往左偏.
這樣的狀況是身體的哪一部分左右不平衡呢?
需要做什麼樣的加強鍛鍊可以改善這樣的情形呢?
