在下從剛加入這版70kg
詳讀置底與精華區 遵循體適能原則
吃過基代並努力均衡飲食
經過了兩年多 現在已經來到56kg
最近過了25歲的生日後
感受到核心肌群不夠強壯的事實
之前的運動都只有單純有氧
目前強度是:
4000m 25-28分之間
5000m 是31-32分完成
現在想加入印度深蹲http://gorion2014.pixnet.net/blog/post/28367343
和pilates這樣的核心訓練,
與慢跑(單純有氧)要如何分配呢?
核心訓練如同重訓 分天做或是有氧前做 為最佳化嗎?
