午餐:一碗飯一些青菜 一片肉 偶爾有個甜湯
晚餐:和中午差不多

日常作息時間:晚上9:30睡覺 早上5:50起床
生活型態:國軍 Online
運動習慣:一個禮拜4次 一次慢跑跑步機4000~5000公尺左右 速率9~10KM/h
偶爾會打打籃球再慢跑
我的問題:目標是希望一個月可瘦2公斤左右 希望可以再退伍前瘦到 接近7開頭
因為當兵的單位是在 高司單位 沒有出操....也只能跑 跑步機
還是希望能瘦到標準的體重 70幾公斤
