大家好:
因為這個月有努力調整飲食與運動
狂瘦的狀態,有點擔心自己的皮膚,
聽說作核心運動可以減少肥胖紋路..
坊間有不錯的書可以參考嗎?
目前我只有快走與敲膽經..
後續想多按摩,我的小腿很容易酸痛..
如果大量運動的話,隔天會痠痛反應.....
