桂格喝的燕麥能常喝嗎? - 健身

如題,最近開始午餐用燕麥代替,
因為工作性質很少在辦公室,
無法隨時隨地泡燕麥加料什麼的,
所以想說直接買現成的可以隨手帶走,
買了幾天的桂格喝的燕麥,

(爬版規好像沒說不能po連結..如有違反版規我再自刪)
便利商店很容易取得,
但爬了文後發現大家都還是用泡的硬燕麥為主..
想請問大家桂格喝的燕麥能常喝嗎?我一天頂多喝不到300ml,只有午餐喝,
晚餐就是少澱粉補充蛋白質為主,
還是有其他推薦有飽足感又好攜帶的即食產品呢?
