桂格的大燕麥片真的比較好嗎 還是只是牌子大? - 健身

最近想幫自己準備營養的早餐
看了版之後 覺得很多人都說大燕麥片好 營養又有飽足感
實際去賣場跟超市走了一趟
發現桂格的價格真的高上許多
桂格桶裝的800g-119元 1100g-149元 袋裝1700g-208元(如果沒記錯)
廣吉袋裝的500g才45元
價錢真的差好多...
如果一樣用袋裝計算 廣吉的1700g才153元 差了55塊
我是不知道營養成分跟口感有沒有差別啦
畢竟我才剛興起要吃大燕麥片的念頭
爬過文之後 也是有看到幾位板友推廣吉的也不錯
我怕自己吃不習慣 所以決定先從便宜的廣吉下手
我的吃法是熱開水 + 5小匙燕麥片(約20g) + 2小匙黑糖(約10g) + 少許葡萄乾(約10g)
((我有電子秤 所以無聊量了一下
再配半顆饅頭 + 一片低脂起士 (不知道我的早餐配的好不好??會不會不營養之類的)
泡完發現還滿好吃的 下次會試試看鹹的吃法^^
對啦~我想請問的是 桂格的大燕麥片真的比較好嗎??
跟其他家 例如: 台糖 味全 廣吉 等等的大燕麥片差在哪裡?
還是單純是桂格比較有名 牌子大~"~?
感覺10個吃大燕麥片的9個都是吃桂格...
不知道有沒有更多新的吃法@@?
