阿肥我雖然平常在健身房練身體健康的
但至少還是有按表操課
最近看到桃機消防體測的項目
跑步:3000公尺18分內完成
舉重:90秒內完成110磅(含槓)挺舉三次不落地
負重跑:40秒內背負50公斤沙袋跑完100公尺
單槓:90秒內完成3次上槓(不一定要暴力上,但最終動作就是手打直撐在槓上,連續3次
不能落地)
爬竿:90秒內完成5公尺臂力爬竿(腳不能夾竿)

這幾天去健身房試了一下 發現我做不到耶
我體重偏重單槓只能拉五至六下
所以要上槓連邊都碰不到
舉重平常坐著也是50公斤在練 試著站著
我竟然連槓鈴要甩到肩上都不敢 超怕手扭
到 後來先空槓練感覺 最後也只能40公斤五
下左右 所以我先練兩項就都不及格
那五項都要過 是不是有難度阿 還是
阿肥我平常太不努力 需要檢討
