三餐內容
早餐:吐司加蛋或蛋餅(都自己做早餐,油放很少) + 無糖咖啡
午餐:桂格大燕麥片5匙+自製泡菜(只放醋.辣椒.蒜頭)或泡低糖豆漿
晚餐:學校自助餐便當(盡量都夾青菜幾乎不夾肉)
日常作息時間:
目前是研究所碩一,平常作息是早上7點起床,晚上12點左右睡,
盡可能不熬夜,除非程式報告寫不完才小熬一下。
運動習慣:
騎腳踏車(x-bike)一小時,心跳數約120~140左右
我的問題:
大學時因為不控制飲食,曾胖到100kg以上,當兵時體檢被驗退。
後來工作後某天背痛爬不起來,檢查後發現是椎間盤突出(hivd),
而且還是相當罕見的胸椎椎間盤突出,並且壓迫神經很嚴重。
那時已經腳麻到幾乎沒感覺,行動困難。
只能接受開刀治療,在復原期間順便準備研究所考試。
所以想請問椎間盤突出患者能騎X-BIKE這種室內腳踏車作為運動工具嗎?
X-BIKE我騎的時候總是覺得背部隱隱作痛,很不舒服Orz
因為我不能慢跑或打球,游泳的話學校泳池好像都是5米深,
以我的旱鴨子技術而言應該八成會淹死。
且最近學校體檢單出來,我的TG(三酸甘油酯)居然飆到215...(正常值35-150)
血壓也偏高147-75,膽固醇207也是很高,
讓我很擔心自己的身體狀況...
有打算晚餐也開始吃大燕麥片了,取代自助餐。
請問有HIVD的版友且開刀後,適合的減肥運動有那些呢?
