以下丟出3本健身相關的書籍 皆是英文 看不懂英文的 哭哭

然後我會附上Amazon 1星評論(沒錯 也就是爛評)以及楚式翻譯+短評

覺得文章太長不敢看的就跟不敢用大重量的娘泡一樣

可以洗洗睡了




1.

書名:Bigger Leaner Stronger_ The Simple Science of Building the Ultimate Male Body

中文(林北翻譯):又快又乾又強壯!成為終極男體的簡單科學

一星爛評(節錄):I must be honest. After reading what he has to say about calories,
I threw the book in the garbage. I know, it's not nice. My reasoning was that he is as
incompetent with everything else in the book as he is with calories, reading
the rest of the book would be a terrible waste of my time.
Calorie counting is absurd and completely outdated. Why? Because, simply, all
calories are not the same!

楚式翻譯:

老實講在看到關於卡路里的觀念後,就知道是本破書。從卡路里的觀念,

就知道繼續讀是浪費時間。因為儘管卡路里相同,但本質完全不是同一件事!


楚哥點評:

下面他說到垃圾食物跟健康食物給身體的回饋不同等等,我認為這是種錯置。

說到減肥始終還是看卡路里。

我同意不同食物的本質不一樣,然而那又怎樣?

書名:Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding_ The Complete A-Z Book on Muscle Building

中文:《健美百科:增肌完全指南》


一星爛評:Not meaning to offend anyone or sound ignorant, but if you are NOT
a homosexual male then you have no use for this book. If you were ever curious about gay
pornography, then buy it. If you don't care much about the world of
bodybuilding or competition and want an effective workout guide, then avoid
this book like the plauge.

楚式翻譯:

我無意冒犯誰,也沒有要擺態。但不是homo(同性戀)的就不需要買。

如果你對男體很有興趣,買就對了。如果你對健美競賽不太在乎,只想要有效的健身

方法,把這本書當瘟疫避開就是了。


楚哥點評:

gay跟bodybuilder的交集很多,這國外網紅拍過影片,就不多說了。

書名:Strength Training Anatomy

中文:力量訓練解剖學

一星爛評:Page 41, "Bent Over Lateral Raise" is Dangerous to do. This exercise is
extremely stressful on your shoulder cartilage (the labrum). The front part of
the labrum doesn't support the ball of your shoulder under load well. The first
time I did this exercise I tore some of the cartilage (labrum) off the bone (
Scapula) in my 3rd set of 20 repetitions using the same amount of weight that I
performed the “Lateral Dumbbell Raise” (page 42) and “Alternate Front Arm
Raise” (page 44). I had gone to the gym consistently for 10 years prior to
reading this book and never had a single problem or injury before performing
the “Bent Over Lateral Raise.” (I have records to show my gym membership and
usage). My suggestion is ONLY TRUST information that is published by a Medical
Doctor (MD) in exercise technique. When I talked to my surgeon, I showed them
the book, and the Surgeon found other exercises that were known to be high risk
of injury and or cause issues after long term application. I am super upset
about this, my arm has never been the same since this injury.

請不要相信任何健身資訊,除非是經手運動領域的專業醫生。

我把這本書給醫生看,他甚至還有告訴我其他危險動作在其中。

林北不爽了,被這個傷搞到手臂永遠無法復原。


楚哥點評:好可怕,好險我都沒那麼認真跟著書本做。



除了健身以外多看書也很重要,肌肉練不大沒關係,反正有ig打卡有帥到9好。

自從該死的三級以後根本懶得關注任何跟健身有關的東西,

有啞鈴也懶得舉,健身影片跟書都懶得看。

阿你活在牆裡面一直看著外面世界的天空有屁用喔??



好險楚哥復活了,又可以來健身版把健身點炸彈炸爆。
