小弟力竭做最後幾下時 啞鈴提起到頂點時 前臂內側都會感到刺痛 有點像被電到
請問各位前輩有無改善方法或建議?
菜單如下。都4 set做到力竭
伏地挺身
臥推 單手 20p及15p
二頭彎舉 單手20p及15p
槌式彎舉 單手20p及15p
