155/50標準體重,不胖的身材
為了要拍照想再減十公斤變40kg
目前是每天限醣飲食
完全不吃澱粉類跟糖
但是沒計算熱量
一天二餐
偶爾會有火鍋or燒肉之類的大餐
結果量體重沒有變化
今天看到網路文章說標準體重
即使限醣甚至斷醣飲食都很難再瘦
想求個標準體重能夠再更瘦的方法...
