小弟最近在練習重訓
第一次做竿子深蹲
發現那根竿子有夠重的
蹲到一半,整個人都會歪來歪去
後來偷聽旁邊在上教練課的人
教練說正反握會比較容易
所以我就正反握做深蹲
感覺有點卡,但是蹲下去變得比較穩定了
這就是因為正反握的效果嗎
他可以讓我的核心經過正反握,產生twist effect
讓我不會東搖西晃
可是總感覺卡卡的,這樣繼續練,可行嗎

PS. twist effect 扭轉效應是我隨便取的
