正版power block 選U70還是U90 - 健身

各位好,想請問一下
目前剛開始健身
才上了五堂的教練課,是很新的新手,使用的重量也還很輕
想要買正版powerblock的啞鈴,因為家裡空間不大。
請問買U70 stage1 (40磅)還是U90 stage1 (50磅)開始比較適合呢?
會做的動作應該是啞鈴臥推、肩推、啞鈴深蹲、啞鈴硬舉及其他姊夫的八大啞鈴動作。
目前已知U70跟U90的差別是:
U70 stage1 在低磅數可以微調的比較細,例如:U70 stage1可以調到12.5磅和22.5磅,
但是U90 Stage 1沒有辦法調到這些重量
