深蹲&硬舉(sumo)對下背的壓力 - 健身

各位巨巨們早安,
想請問大家覺得這兩種:深蹲與相撲硬舉
哪種對下背吃的力比較少
------------------
由於小弟左下背小時候有受傷過,
所以在左豎脊肌大概腰椎第四節旁邊,有一塊
因為腰椎錯位造成的肌肉痙攣
↑以上是看過我的物理治療師說的↑
簡單來講就是我的左背在不出力的時候摸起來也很硬
好像是一直肌肉一直處於收縮的樣子@@
深蹲跟硬舉目前做起來,目前覺得深蹲做完,如果去吊單槓,
腰椎那邊會點撕裂感, 硬舉就好很多(但還是左下背很酸,右邊還好)
因此想請教是以硬舉為優先訓練嗎? 畢竟比較不會不舒服?
還是兩種都要均衡練呢?
