睡眠影響體重在於新陳代謝的效率
去年在減肥的初期,有去好好問過自己的營養師
他跟我說,好的睡眠除了最基本的讓運動的肌肉好好休息之外
排水腫 (腎)、排毒 (肝)機能會越來越好 (修復)
長久下來真的是精神好與容光煥發、不容易累
這些絕不是只減體重的身體看得出來的好處
當然這些需要一些時間來印證
我整個發現精神良好且吃喝再多也不復胖已經是五個月之後的事情了
