常常聽到基礎代謝率每天可以消耗幾千大卡
但卻沒人講可以消耗多少脂肪
請問一下一個人每天可以消耗多少脂肪?
或是脂肪只會囤積,基代只能消耗食物的熱量
還有如果有練肌肉,增加的基代是會拿來消耗脂肪還是有其他功用?
(食量維持不變的情況)
