如果以身體健康為目標
每天在晚餐1~2小時後
去公園、操場、街道上快走30~45分鐘
對健康有幫助嗎?
這樣運動量會不會不夠?
如果晚回家(每周約2次、10點半到家)
當天就以鄭多燕代替
這樣可以嗎?
謝謝大家
因為感覺身邊的人講到運動多以慢跑、籃球、游泳為主
所以想說快走的運動量對健康不知道是否有幫助
