每天走路通勤還需要加入慢跑運動嗎? - 健身

原po 26y,BMI在標準下限但體脂在標準上限
沒特別忌口,看上去是個瘦子但下半身不像上半身那麼瘦
因為夏天來了而且常常久坐,所以希望可以藉由運動瘦一點
(屁股翹但肉多&腰間肉&不勻稱的腿,這三個地方很困擾我)
目前是走路通勤,單趟約45-60分鐘
走比較快是45,慢慢晃大概快一小時,一天走路至少兩小時
目前一週約三日,但下週起應該是每天都會這樣走
其實我對體重沒特別要求,就只是希望可以緊實一點&不要有橘皮組織
若是要達到目的,是否每天還是要花30分鐘去慢跑?
p.s.
我走久了大腿內側和屁股外側會酸,這樣是對的嗎?
