三餐內容
早餐:前一天宵夜沒吃就是火腿蛋吐司 蛋餅 紅茶
有吃的話是一杯牛奶
午餐:自助餐一飯一肉兩菜
晚餐:沒吃
(補上)工作時間常常會吃鹹餅乾之類的小零嘴來解決肚子餓
大概吃到肚子沒咕嚕叫就停了
其他:因為工作時間橫跨晚餐時間所以5.6.7點都不能吃東西
下班10點多有時會吃關東煮
日常作息時間:每周有五天會六點起來慢跑 若早上沒上課就小睡回籠覺
五點上班 到十點半 通常12點就寢
每週另有一天額外的籃球課大概兩小時
生活型態:學生 &工作 很勞力性質 因為是後勤管賣場倉庫的 很要出力
運動習慣:剛開始練習跑步沒多久 大概第三天..
去國小的操場跑 一圈大概400m 走走跑跑個十圈左右
約30~40分鐘
不太喘 只會腿痠 呼吸加快 輕微出汗
因為手邊沒有測心跳的儀器 所以都沒有算心跳數
我的問題:有次心血來潮站上了賣場的TANITA 5000多塊的體脂計
結果體內年齡竟然40歲= = 嚇到我
筋肉量卻是2算偏高 我的朋友都說我看起來很壯不是胖
請問如果我維持這運動量再慢慢增加
能夠順利消脂嗎
還是需要再調整飲食?重訓?我自己有啞鈴可以做
