看到很多團都滿了只好自己開一個
原po是瑜伽愛好人
接觸瑜伽一年
從一開始一星期三次到一星期六次
目前又加報了健身房
想要加上慢跑天天運動
希望徵求能真心天天一星期運動七天的人一起督促
如果也是喜愛瑜伽的人更好
不是也沒關係
重點是一定要每天都至少做一小時以上運動
為期一個月至一月底
每天報告運動內容
意者站內信簡單自介運動史及個人目標
本人163/53 跟李孝利一樣
但看起來非常不一樣(廢話,,,)
希望能夠更結實曲線更好跟孝利姐一樣
來信前請先確定有強烈意志力在跨年夜那天也會運動
