請問每天運動40分鐘比較好 (40*7)
還是每次運動70分,然後一週4次比較好 ??
還是其實效果都是一樣的,因為都有達到280分鐘 ??
我是想問...
每天運動跟分開運動...
對於減重是否有甚麼影響... 謝謝
