每天都吃不到基代怎麼辦... - 減肥

大家好..第一次PO文..請見諒
我每天的基代大約是1200左右(有點忘了確切的數字)
我每天一定都會慢跑,不管再忙再累都會每天慢跑40分鐘,大約5.5公里,
跑步已經變成興趣和習慣
不過有時候真的很累還是會懶得跑休息拉XD
有時候時間比較多可以一次不休息就直接跑10公里
一個禮拜會做2-3次重訓
這樣的運動習慣大約維持有2年了
我的身高體重155/39kg...
我從小就很瘦..不是刻意減肥,就這體重已經跟了我6,7年了..
就算近兩年有運動的習慣,體重也仍是39
我的問題是...
我覺得我每天吃進去的熱量都沒有1200
早餐吃饅頭夾蛋,或是一個三明治,或是牛奶加五穀粉沖泡包
中午有時候吃幾片田園麵包(無糖無油),或是一個便當(但飯都剩很多吃不完)
晚餐同中午
我覺得我的胃口很小...常常吃一點東西就飽了,也都不太覺得餓
我很愛吃水果,有時餓了會吃蘋果和芭樂和番茄等等
吃完這些水果飽了結果就把這些水果當正餐了@@
再加上我又有運動,一天消耗的熱量會更多,但吃的分量都沒增加
我覺得我一天根本完全沒有吃到基代
但是又不知道該怎麼改善...?
我覺得再這樣下去我的身體可能會壞掉><
