因為板上有大大說我這樣三餐都有問題...
每天早餐吃一份鮪魚蛋餅
中餐吃自助餐,避免吃油炸的食物
晚餐則喝豆漿跟一盒豆腐及一顆水煮蛋
想請各位評審委員幫忙看一下 這樣吃哪裡不好~"~
我已經少吃多動了體脂肪還是很難減下來
看了置底文發現
原來減一公斤的體脂肪要7700大卡阿....
看來還有很大的減脂空間...
