我是從5/1號開始慢跑的
從最初很喘,跑到現在約可以跑2.2公里(花19分..)
不過常常在前500-800公尺時,感覺超疲憊
但只要跑過那幾百公尺,腳就會感覺比較輕鬆比較順暢
想請問為何會這樣?
