沒去健身房以前
(五月的時候)
180/72kg體脂肪24%基礎1562
五個月後之後今天竟然
180/67kg體脂肪23%基礎1488!我都快哭了
之前:
五月以前
沒什麼在運動(久坐電腦)
每天吃宵夜大概600-800大卡
之後:
五月到九月3天去健身房一次(沒買教練)
宵夜只吃水果一盤加茶葉蛋
平均先跑步40分鐘卡路里消耗350左右
p.s沒跑步的時候就換成一堂拳擊有氧或一堂飛輪(都坐前排跟上80%速度)
重訓,3個大肌群部位
一個部位4組一組10下
每次結束衣服全濕褲子15%濕的汗量

因為量inbody一次要兩三百所以都沒有量
10月開始變成五天才去一次!
前幾天去了做拳擊有氧有點跟不上
然後之後會中度肌肉痠痛
想問
1.inbody(測量儀)可能不準嗎?
2.今天教練說我可能有氧做太多?所以有因此導致消到肌肉嗎?
3.看文章說有氧沒超過一小時很難消到肌肉是真的嗎?
4.我只是頻率降低了就肌肉痠痛是正常嗎
抱歉問題有點多!很難過@@
