沒吃到基代 那可以由哪些再加強 - 健身

沒吃到基代 後果如何如何 常常在板上看見這句先進的苦口婆心
昨天閒閒沒吃 再看一下下小z 新手區 然後發現一件很可怕的事
「大多數的人認為有吃夠基代 其實仍不足」 這句 讓我回想我一天進食的內容
雖然板上有找到幾個食物熱量網站 可是跟現實產品還是有出入
所以抓個大概 頂多1800多>>>因為過中午才起床沒吃早餐習慣
下午一餐 晚上一餐 然後晚上十點、十一點慢跑 一天的進食會以慢跑為終點
目前攝取熱量約1800 但是我的基代需要2280~2300 要吃到基代 還真的不簡單= =
除正餐外還有什麼可以量少
對身體負擔比較輕 又可以補足基代的????
如果我仍以目前攝取量 加上有氧 減少的是肌肉>體脂嗎???
