上禮拜天我跳鄭多燕的伸展操
結果隔天竟然彎腰不舒服
向前彎手指指伸到膝蓋以上就不行了
坐在沙發上要爬起來也不舒服
我好像傷到脊椎了!!!ToT
腰不痛,是屁股尾椎的地方怪怪的
後來休息將近五天
再重新做鄭多燕看看
有些彎腰姿勢沒辦法做> <
但有些動作伸展後比較舒服
我可能姿勢錯誤吧
如果我改跳judy療癒瑜珈會不會有比較好?
